Support the day-to-day operations of the IT PMO.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
Assist with scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Update project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
Help enforce adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Provide administrative support for project governance activities.
Monitor project progress and escalate issues to senior PMO staff or project managers.
Support resource allocation tracking and project financials at a basic level.
