Analyst/Consultant, Digital Health

As an Analyst or Consultant, you will work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to support clients with: • Analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, access, and clinical quality • Supporting implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, such as Epic or Cerner • Contributing to clinical service and diagnostic planning initiatives aligned to health authority and provincial strategies • Conducting research, synthesizing findings, and developing client-facing deliverables • Engaging with stakeholders across clinical (e.g., physicians, pharmacy, nursing), administrative, and executive levels • Helping health systems translate strategy into action through implementation planning, operational redesign, and stakeholder engagement • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment You'll work at the intersection of healthcare, policy, technology, and operations—partnering with clients and colleagues from a wide range of disciplines.
