AM - CMG - Client Experience: Lead Graphic Designer

As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our client-facing marketing content. This includes creating visually compelling designs for presentations, social media posts, web assets, and other marketing materials. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include: - Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing collateral - Collaborate with the creative team to develop cohesive brand identities and design systems - Provide art direction and creative guidance to the design team - Review and provide feedback on design work to ensure quality and alignment with project requirements - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas - Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively Required skills and experience: - 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools - Excellent visual design and layout skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition - Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the brand message - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address design challenges - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design best practices is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
