Role Description This full-time remote Delmia Ortems Technofunctional role combines functional consulting and technical configuration responsibilities within advanced planning and scheduling solutions. The role involves analyzing client business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into Delmia Ortems configurations and workflows. Daily tasks include system setup, parameter configuration, data model alignment, and testing of planning scenarios to ensure optimal production scheduling and resource utilization. The person in this role collaborates with stakeholders to design solutions, prepares documentation and user guides, and supports training and post-implementation stabilization. They also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to manage integrations and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Delmia Ortems or similar advanced planning and scheduling (APS) tools, including configuration, scenario modeling, and optimization capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning processes, with the ability to map business requirements to system functionalities.
- Ability to perform functional analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution design for planning and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with data structures, basic SQL or database concepts, and integrations between ERP/MES and APS solutions.
- Competence in testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and coordination with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create user documentation and deliver remote training sessions.
- Experience working in remote, collaborative environments, with strong time management and self-organization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in APS or manufacturing systems are an advantage.
- Prior consulting or implementation experience in digital transformation or industrial software solutions is highly beneficial.
