Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dell Boomi Integration Platform Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise integration solutions across cloud and on-premise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Boomi, API integrations, middleware architecture, and integration lifecycle management. The candidate will lead integration initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.

Required Qualifications –
- 6+ years of experience in integration development or middleware technologies, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Boomi.
- Proven experience designing and developing integrations using Boomi AtomSphere Platform.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, XML, JSON, XSD, and API Management.
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications
- Experience in designing reusable integration frameworks, process automation, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns.
- Experience working with databases
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms
- Experience with source control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of EDI integrations and B2B communication protocols is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities –
- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Boomi for enterprise applications and services.
- Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build and manage APIs, web services, and real-time/ batch integrations between cloud and on-premise systems.
- Develop reusable integration components, connectors, and frameworks following best practices.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and exception handling mechanisms for integration processes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Perform code reviews, optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integration issues.
- Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes for integration applications.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed across integration platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the integration team.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration flow diagrams, and deployment procedures.
- Participate in production support, release management, and environment maintenance activities.
