<strong>Job Summary<br></strong>We are seeking a <strong>Bartender</strong> to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology. </div><div>
<br><strong>Responsibilities </strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Take drink orders</li>
<li>Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages</li>
<li>Collect payment and operate cash register</li>
<li>Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients</li>
<li>Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar, including cleaning and stocking</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
<li>5+ Years Experience in upscale dining, bartending, or full-service restaurant environment preferred </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, beer, and spirits</li>
<li>Familiarity with Italian wines</li>
<li>Ability to provide polished, professional, and hospitable guest service in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Experience using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions accurately</li>
<li>Current Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required</li>
<li>Ability to carry trays, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and cleanliness in bar and dining areas</li>
<li>Weekend, holiday, and evening availability required</li>
<li>Ability to memorize menus, daily specials, wine lists, and cocktail recipes</li>
<li>Comfortable assisting in both bartending and serving roles as business needs require</li>
<li>Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic and reliability</li>
