Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Delivery Specialist to join our team at our Noida location. This on-site role involves ensuring accurate and timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and collaborating with the logistics and customer service teams for a seamless and efficient delivery process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively address customer needs and collaborate with colleagues.
- Experience in Recruiting and Integration is advantageous for onboarding and process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and oversee delivery operations.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Prior experience in delivery operations or logistics management is a plus.
