Responsibilities
- Pick up customer orders from the Bylukz dark store.
- Deliver orders safely and on time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes using the Bylukz delivery app.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Verify order details before delivery.
- Handle cash and online payments (if required).
- Maintain delivery records through the mobile app.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Keep your delivery bag and vehicle clean and presentable
Qualifications
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Own Bike/Scooter with valid RC, Insurance, and Pollution Certificate.
- Android Smartphone
- Basic English or Malayalam communication skills.
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but Freshers are welcome
