Role overview
We are seeking a structured, client-facing Project & Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation delivery across assigned customer engagements. This person will drive planning, coordination, execution discipline, risk management, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
Key responsibilities
- Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status governance for assigned implementations.
- Run kickoff meetings, requirement workshops, weekly status reviews, UAT coordination, go-live readiness, and post-launch hypercare tracking.
- Serve as a primary delivery contact for client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
- Manage scope, risks, escalations, and change requests with documentation and disciplined follow-through.
- Coordinate closely with product, engineering, support, consultants, and integration stakeholders to keep delivery aligned and on track.
- Provide concise executive-ready updates on progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and mitigation actions.
- Support transition from implementation into steady-state client operations and business-as-usual support.
- Contribute to better delivery playbooks, templates, governance rituals, and project controls.
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, implementation management, or a similar client-facing SaaS/enterprise software role.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder groups in parallel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead working sessions and provide polished client updates.
- Hands-on familiarity with project governance, documentation, risk management, testing coordination, and go-live planning.
- Comfort working across Agile and structured delivery environments.
- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Preferred profile
- Experience in procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, ERP or enterprise workflow platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise or upper mid-market client environments.
- Strong ownership mindset, commercial maturity, and calm client-facing presence.
