Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Delivery PMO – Delivery Operations professional to support end-to-end delivery governance, reporting, billing operations, utilization tracking, bench management, and workforce analytics.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced Excel reporting, strong financial orientation, and proven experience in managing delivery operations in an IT services environment. This role also requires client-facing coordination, including interview scheduling, purchase order follow-ups, and operational governance support.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Revenue Governance
- Track and manage monthly billing cycles across projects and accounts
- Validate billing inputs against SOWs, rate cards, and timesheets
- Monitor revenue realization vs planned targets
- Follow up with clients for invoice approvals and payment tracking
- Coordinate with internal finance teams for billing closure and accuracy
Utilization & Resource Management
- Track billable and non-billable utilization across delivery teams
- Identify under-utilization risks and highlight corrective measures
- Maintain rolling forecasts for capacity vs demand
- Prepare utilization MIS dashboards for leadership reporting
Bench Management
- Maintain real-time bench tracker (skills, experience, availability)
- Monitor bench aging and associated cost impact
- Support resource deployment planning to reduce bench exposure
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and slot management
- Follow up on pending Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track onboarding status and ensure smooth deployment
- Support client governance calls with operational reporting
Attrition & Workforce Analytics
- Track monthly attrition trends and backfill requirements
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for replacement planning
- Publish workforce stability and workforce analytics reports
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for Revenue, Utilization, Bench, Margin & Attrition
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting discipline
- Automate reports using advanced Excel tools and dashboards
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Delivery PMO / Operations PMO (IT Services preferred)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Data Validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience in billing governance, invoicing coordination, and revenue tracking
- Good understanding of IT commercial models (T&M, Fixed Price)
- Strong stakeholder management skills (Delivery, Finance, HR, Clients)
- Excellent communication skills with client-facing exposure
