Lead a $15M portfolio for a global airline giant. This 100% office-based role requires a resilient leader with 18+ years of experience and a mastery of US stakeholder management.

• P&L Ownership: Full accountability for a $15M annual account, driving profitability and growth.
• US Client Management: Extensive experience navigating US business culture and high-touch expectations.
• Incident Leadership: Lead Sev-1 "war rooms" and late-night escalations for mission-critical systems.
• Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Passenger Services, Revenue Accounting, and Cargo.
• Operational Rigor: Enforce floor discipline, shift adherence, and 24/7 delivery excellence in Chennai.
• Strategic Recovery: Turn high-stakes escalations into stable, transparent client partnerships.
• Communication: Elite verbal/written skills fit for C-suite engagement.
