Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Partner based in Garulia. The Delivery Partner will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining excellent customer service, and handling logistics-related tasks as assigned. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading parcels, managing delivery documentation, and addressing customer inquiries as needed to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Forklift Operation and logistics handling
- Experience in Training delivery personnel or related roles
- Knowledge of Sales and upselling strategies
- Experience in the Food & Beverage sector is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous logistics or delivery experience is preferred
