Role Overview:
The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects/programs simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
- Manage and mentor project managers and delivery teams
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and client satisfaction
- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in project/program/delivery management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in managing large-scale or complex projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-level projects
- Exposure to global delivery models
