Job Title: US Delivery Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment Management
• Manage the full US recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with US clients to gather job specifications, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to source, screen, and interview candidates for US-based roles (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates, providing feedback and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate client interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, tax terms, and documentation.
Team Leadership and Development
• Lead and mentor a team of US IT recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Set KPIs such as submissions, interviews, and placements; monitor team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high delivery standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing regular delivery updates.
• Work closely with Account Managers / BD teams to support client growth and retention.
• Provide market insights on US hiring trends, rate benchmarks, and talent availability.
Vendor Management
• Manage and expand a network of US staffing vendors and implementation partners.
• Proven track record of successfully working with System Integrators (SI) and Implementation Partners to drive delivery and client success.
• Handle vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with client and company policies.
Process Improvement
• Optimize US recruitment processes to improve turnaround time and quality of hires.
• Implement best practices for sourcing, screening, and submission quality.
• Stay updated with US staffing trends, visa types (H1B, GC, USC), and recruitment tools/technologies.
• Drive automation and reporting improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in US IT staffing / talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories.
• Experience working with ATS tools and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with System Integrators (SI) and Implementation Partners.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills, especially with US clients.
• Ability to work in EST time zones when required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Result-driven mindset with a focus on closures and delivery targets.
