About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Delivery Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, automation, migration, and sustenance activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of SAP functional knowledge, automation expertise (Tricentis or UiPath), and proven Program management acumen to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring effective management of resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Drive delivery of SAP projects, encompassing planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams.
- Manage SAP functional teams across core modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and HCM.
- Collaborate with automation and QA teams to accelerate testing using Tricentis Tosca, UiPath, or similar automation tools.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation integration, and analytics-based decision-making.
- Oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with business users, technology teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- Provide detailed project reporting and insights to senior management on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Support SAP migration or upgrade projects and manage change requests effectively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and quality frameworks.
- Foster team capability through mentoring, guidance, and performance management.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of total experience, with 5+ years (recent) in SAP project delivery or program management.
- Strong understanding of SAP core modules – FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and HCM (knowledge of S/4HANA is an advantage).
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Tricentis Tosca, UiPath, or similar automation frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-vendor or multi-country SAP engagements.
- Expertise in project planning, financial control, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership interaction and customer engagements.
- Solid understanding of migration, upgrade, and integration projects within SAP landscapes.
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery models, risk mitigation, and issue management.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), DevOps practices, and test automation integration preferred.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
