A well-established, high-growth NBFC is hiring a delivery-focused technology manager to own the end-to-end delivery, stability, and controlled evolution of its Loan Management System and associated servicing applications.
This is a high-accountability role in a control-heavy environment — where execution predictability, release discipline, and production stability are non-negotiable, and where every change carries regulatory and financial consequence.
Application Scope
You will manage delivery across:
- Loan booking, servicing, and account maintenance
- Interest computation, accruals, schedules, and recalculations
- Repayment processing, reversals, prepayments, and foreclosures
- Collections and delinquency management integrations
- Accounting, GL interfaces, and reconciliation outputs
- Regulatory and MIS reporting feeds
- Customer statements, certificates, and communication triggers
What We're Looking For
- 8-14 years in technology delivery roles within Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Services
- Proven experience delivering and operating Loan Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong understanding of loan servicing, accounting, and collections processes
- Experience in audit-intensive, regulated environments (RBI compliance)
- Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor delivery teams
- Exposure to LMS modernisation, migration, or RBI regulatory change implementations is a plus
