The Opportunity
The Delivery Lead is responsible for day-to-day delivery execution from the offshore location, ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, and alignment with onsite delivery governance for engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage offshore delivery teams executing services as per the SOW scope and SLAs.
- Translate onsite delivery priorities into actionable execution plans for offshore teams.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, service levels, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor daily/weekly delivery metrics, incidents, and backlog; proactively flag risks and issues.
- Coordinate with onsite Delivery Managers to resolve dependencies, escalations, and delivery blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and process optimization.
- Ensure audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and compliance with agreed delivery practices.
- Mentor team leads and engineers; ensure skill readiness and resource continuity.
Qualification
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in IT service delivery or operations leadership.
- Strong experience managing offshore delivery teams for global clients. Exposure to managed services, NOC, infrastructure, or platform operations.
