Role Description
12–18 years (with at least 6–8 years in D365 program / delivery management)
Role Summary
The D365 Delivery Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs across Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform. This role owns project execution, customer satisfaction, financials, team management, and governance, while ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery aligned with business outcomes.
Delivery & Program Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements
- Manage large and complex D365 programs across Finance, SCM, CE, Field Service, and Project Operations
- Drive delivery using Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall methodologies
- Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and cost baselines
- Lead release planning, sprint reviews, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Act as primary point of contact for customer leadership and key stakeholders
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CXO, IT, and business teams
- Handle escalations, risk management, and dependency resolution
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) and long‑term account growth
