We’re Hiring | Delivery Manager – Engineering Design Services
rProcess is looking for a Manager to lead and scale delivery operations while partnering closely with customers across globe and internal stakeholders.
Mysore based rProcess is an ITES & Engineering Design services company established over 15+ years and 2000+ employees.
What you’ll drive
• End-to-end delivery and operational performance of Design projects
• Customer satisfaction, SLAs, quality and productivity
• Team leadership, capability building and performance management
• Capacity planning and resource optimisation
• Process improvement and operational excellence
• Risk management and timely resolution of delivery challenges
• Strong collaboration with business, quality, HR and other functions
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in delivery/operations management, preferably in Engineering Design Services
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams/projects and customer priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Commercial and business acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- BE / M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
