**Role Description**

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager - Domestic Staffing to lead our domestic staffing delivery operations across India. This is a full-time remote role (preferably based in Delhi/NCR).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of staffing projects for domestic IT clients, leading a team of recruiters and coordinators, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee domestic staffing delivery operations across India

- Handle IT client relationships, understand staffing requirements, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, delivery coordinators, and support staff in a high-paced environment

- Drive recruitment strategies for high-volume IT staffing, RPO, and contract staffing requirements

- Work closely with major Indian service integrators and IT companies to understand their hiring needs

- Monitor delivery metrics, SLAs, and ensure quality benchmarks are consistently met

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, accounts, and operations

- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on delivery performance and pipeline

- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency in the delivery function

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years of experience in delivery management within IT staffing and recruitment in India

- Proven track record of working in a high-paced IT staffing environment with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

- Experience working with major Indian service integrators (such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, or similar) is highly preferred

- Strong understanding of the domestic Indian IT staffing market and recruitment lifecycle

- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and handling IT clients directly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or relevant certification is a plus

- Proficiency in using ATS, CRM tools, and MS Office
