Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity / IT Services)Hyderabad | Work from Office | ₹35–40 LPA
We are hiring a Delivery Manager / Head – Project Delivery with strong experience in enterprise program delivery, cybersecurity projects, and scaled Agile execution.
This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership, stakeholder governance, and managing large-scale multi-stream programs.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery across the organization
- Lead execution across Agile & SDLC models
- Manage large-scale, multi-team programs
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support (AMC)
- Drive governance, risk management, and milestone control
- Handle executive stakeholders and enterprise clients
- Own delivery metrics: Cost, Quality, Timelines, CSAT
- Lead team performance, resource optimization & attrition control
- Present program status, risks, and mitigation plans
Mandatory Requirements- 15–18 years of experience in IT Services / System Integration / Cybersecurity
- Proven experience handling enterprise client implementations
- Strong exposure to Cybersecurity / IAM / Cloud Security / Infra projects
- Experience managing multi-stream programs
- Hands-on knowledge of SDLC & Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience working with BFSI / Ecommerce / Retail clients
- Strong stakeholder & executive communication skills
- Certifications: PMP + AWS (Mandatory)
- Must be based in Hyderabad
Education- Engineering (CSE/ECE/EEE preferred)
- MBA (Systems / IT / Operations preferred)
Good to Have- ITIL / CSM / PRINCE2 / CISSP / CISA
