Foster a collaborative environment and ensure the team has the necessary skills and support. Technical oversight: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on technical architecture, system integration, and performance optimization. Ensure the delivered solution meets technical requirements and provides maximum value. Financial management: Be accountable for the financial success of the engagements they manage, tracking project costs and profitability. Risk and issue management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
