Role Overview
Zigment is hiring a Delivery Manager to own and drive the successful execution of all customer project deliveries. This role will work closely with engineering, integrations, QA, and customer account teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
The Delivery Manager will coordinate delivery planning, track execution across teams, and ensure all customer implementations meet Zigment’s quality and delivery standards.
Since Zigment is an AI-native organization, the candidate must bring an AI-first mindset to execution, leveraging automation and intelligent workflows wherever possible.
This is a full-time, in-office role requiring someone who is fast-paced, structured, and comfortable operating in a growing organization with increasing delivery complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for customer projects.
- Plan and maintain delivery schedules, milestones, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, integrations, QA, and account management teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Break down customer requirements into clear technical tasks and implementation plans.
- Track progress, identify delivery risks and bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with QA teams to ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in software delivery, project management, or engineering roles.
- Prior experience as a software developer, technical project manager, or delivery manager.
- Education background - Should have Engineering degree in (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development workflows.
- Ability to break down technical tasks and plan execution with development teams.
