The Role
Own end-to-end project delivery, keep engineering teams productive, and be the primary client interface. Technical enough to earn your team's respect, client-savvy enough to manage expectations and relationships. Able to connect technical decisions to business outcomes and translate functional requirements into clear engineering tasks.
What You'll Do
→ Deliver 2–4 concurrent projects across co-located and distributed teams
→ Run sprint planning, standups, retros, and release management
→ Bridge clients and engineering — translate business needs into actionable work
→ Monitor scope, timelines, quality, and budget; proactively flag risks
→ Mentor team leads and collaborate with leadership on resourcing
What We're Looking For
→ 8+ years in software delivery, 3+ years managing client-facing projects
→ Strong technical grounding — can read a PR, challenge bad estimates, and hold informed conversations about data models, integrations, API behaviour, and system workflows
→ Familiar with modern stacks (Java/Spring Boot, React, Python, AWS)
→ Agile/Scrum experience in a services environment
→ Comfortable on client calls, demos, and steering committees
→ AI/ML delivery exposure is a strong plus
