Client is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology programs and manage multiple project teams across Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Quality Engineering and Digital Transformation. The role requires strong experience in technical project/program delivery, Agile governance, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning and people leadership.
Precised Key Pointers
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 10 years in Technical Project Management / Program Management / Delivery Management.
- Must have delivered large-scale enterprise software projects.
- Should have handled multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience managing Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Developers, QA, DevOps and Architects.
- Must be strong in project planning, estimation, scheduling, execution and delivery governance.
- Client-facing experience is important, as the role acts as the primary delivery owner.
- Strong experience in stakeholder communication, status reporting, executive dashboards and project reviews.
- Must be able to manage risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and mitigation plans.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall..
- Must be good in budgeting, resource planning, utilization, capacity planning and forecasting.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred and should be comfortable with work from office.
