:•15+ years of overall experience in PLM delivery, operations, or program management, with significant exposure to enterprise engineering/manufacturing environments.
•Demonstrated leadership managing large offshore teams ac ross multiple locations (Pune, Bangalore) supporting global customers.
•Strong experience overseeing PLM operations/AMS, including incident, problem, change, knowledge, and release management processes.
•Proven ability to govern complex onsite–offshore delivery models, drive SLA compliance, and ensure operational excellence.
•Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, HR, Finance, and Business Stakeholder groups.
•Strong background in delivery governance, service reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership levels.
•Financial management experience including budgeting, utilization tracking, forecasting, profitability, and cost optimization.
•Excellent communication, conflict management, negotiation, and decision‑making skills suited for global customer environments.
•Experience working in structured methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps‑aligned operational frameworks.
Desirable:
•Experience with PLM transformation programs such as migrations, upgrades, re‑platforming, or enterprise‑wide process harmonization.
•Exposure to engineering and manufacturing processes within Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial domains.
•Familiarity with tools supporting operational automation, monitoring, dashboards, and workflow optimization.
•Prior involvement in RFP responses, solutioning, commercial proposals, and SOW creation.
•Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent leadership credentials.
•Experience operating within a multi‑vendor delivery ecosystem and managing third‑party coordination. Competences
