Role Description
The Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, resolving project challenges, and liaising with clients to meet business goals. The role requires creating detailed Stakeholder management, Client Mining, end to end delivery, project plans, tracking progress, analyzing risks, and implementing process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build, scale, and drive high-performing delivery teams from scratch
✔ Proven experience in end-to-end delivery management within the staffing/recruitment industry
✔ Expertise in stakeholder management, client engagement, client mining, and strategic account growth
✔ Strong expertise in managing large-scale recruitment delivery operations and handling large teams
✔ Extensive experience in Contract Staffing is mandatory
✔ GCC hiring/delivery experience will be an added advantage
✔ Ability to drive delivery excellence in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
✔ Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
✔ Ability to take ownership, handle challenges, and lead with accountability
✔ Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholders
