We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end call center operations for our US clients. If you have strong leadership skills, client-facing experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence, this role is for you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall delivery for US call center operations
• Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement and escalations
• Drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 12+ years of experience in BPO / Call Center / ITES
✔ Proven experience in managing US process and night shift operations
✔ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities
✔ Experience handling large teams and complex operations
