We are looking for a strategic Delivery Manager to steer a high-value portfolio in the BFSI sector.

The Mission: Ensure seamless delivery, optimize operations, and build unbreakable client relationships while managing a massive portfolio footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Portfolio Oversight: Manage a $15M+ budget, ensuring quality and profitability.
✅ Client Partnering: Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.
✅ Operations Lead: Drive day-to-day efficiency and implement robust delivery processes.
✅ Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team and handle resource capacity planning.
Must-Haves:
🔹 Proven experience managing portfolios of $10M - $12M+.
🔹 Strong background in BFSI operations and client delivery.
🔹 Exceptional analytical and conflict-resolution skills.
🔹 Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
