Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Delivery Manager. The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include designing strategy, coordinating between teams, monitoring project execution, addressing challenges, and delivering results that meet client expectations. The role also involves fostering collaboration within teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and Manage portfolios with CXO and leadership
• Stakeholder management for complete Payments Lifecycle
• Lead and manage teams across multiple banking projects – with 25+ stakeholders; lead team of 50+ FTE
• Design & own strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Development, and Compliance teams
• Ensure adherence to banking regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Review test metrics, defect trends, and continuously improve QA processes
• Capable of automating & optimizing the delivery workstreams by 15–20%
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in Leadership / Project Delivery
• Strong hands-on experience in Banking applications (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, etc.)
• Experience in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall delivery models
• Strong knowledge of management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of banking domain and applications
• Ability to handle large teams
