Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent and client-focused Delivery Manager with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with USA-based clients. In this role, you will oversee project delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes, on-time execution, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing client expectations in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
Plan, track, and deliver multiple projects in alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Ensure continuous alignment of project objectives with business goals and client expectations. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolutions.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives in Agile or hybrid environments.
Drive accountability, track KPIs, and provide status reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership. Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and delivery excellence standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management, including 3+ years managing international (USA) clients.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and present to senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver complex technology projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of leading distributed teams.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps concepts.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project tracking platforms.
Demonstrated success in managing customer escalations and conflict resolution. Preferred Skills PMP, CSM, or other relevant project/delivery management certifications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise technology landscapes.
Experience in the healthcare, fintech, or SaaS domain is a plus. Flexible to work partially overlapping hours with USA time zones.
