Role Description The Transformation Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of SAP-led transformation initiatives. This role involves managing project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions align with clients’ business blueprints and strategic objectives. The Transformation Delivery Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define scope, mitigate risks, and track progress, while maintaining clear communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include leading status reviews, resolving delivery issues, supporting change management activities, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies. The role also requires close collaboration with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions and successful go-lives.
Qualifications
- Strong project and transformation delivery skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with SAP environments (such as ERP, Financials, Analytics, or Cloud solutions) and understanding of enterprise HR and ERP processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, with a focus on value realization, efficiency, and performance improvement.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and collaboration, enabling effective alignment with CxOs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Background in consulting or technology services, with familiarity in change management, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Noida, with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
