Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Head based in Gurugram. We are looking for a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of ESG client engagements and lead teams toward high-quality, predictable, and value-led outcomes. This role acts as the primary delivery leader and client advocate, elevating ESG engagements from compliance execution to consultative, insight-driven partnerships. The candidate should bring strong program management skills, stakeholder maturity, and comfort working with data-heavy ESG deliveries.
What you'll do:
-Lead end-to-end delivery of ESG client projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
-Run a strong delivery rhythm with regular reviews, updates, and action tracking.
-Ensure consistent processes using standard templates and clear communication.
-Act as the main client contact, building strong cross-functional relationships.
-Oversee Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data, ensuring accuracy and methodology alignment.
-Support data validation, audit readiness, issue resolution, and cross-team coordination.
-Convert client requirements into clear plans with defined ownership and execution steps.
-Manage risks, handle escalations, and identify improvement opportunities for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
-6-8 years managing multiple concurrent client engagements
-Strong program/project management and consulting mindset
-Comfortable working with emissions data, data QA, and audit-readiness
-Proven CO-level client engagement and negotiation skills
-Strong written and executive-level presentation abilities
-Ownership-driven, structured, and value-focused leade
