Role Description
There are two openings, both based in BELAGAVI, KA
- Delivery Manager - Digital Marketing Operations
- Delivery Manager - IT/ITES Operations
Objective: To manage high-stakes project delivery while maintaining an active connection to evolving industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of software development (IT) or marketing campaigns (Digital), ensuring "hands-on" problem-solving.
- Leverage professional networks to keep the organization's technical/creative skills from becoming "frozen in time".
- Coordinate between departments to ensure employee growth and project milestones are aligned.
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience in a high-growth Metro tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing distributed or remote-friendly teams.
- Ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable tasks for raw local talent.
