AI Delivery Manager / Staffing Delivery Manager

About the Role
Truelancer is looking for a proactive and result-driven AI Delivery Manager / Staffing Delivery Manager who can manage end-to-end delivery operations for staffing, freelancer-based, and AI-related projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with recruiters/sourcing teams, ensuring timely candidate delivery, and managing client communication throughout the hiring and delivery lifecycle.
This role is best suited for professionals with experience in staffing delivery, recruitment operations, vendor management, managed services, freelancer operations, or client delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand hiring/project requirements, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for staffing, freelancer-based, and AI-related projects.
- Work closely with recruiters, sourcing teams, vendors, and freelancers to ensure timely candidate delivery.
- Ensure quality candidate submissions and maintain strong delivery standards.
- Handle delivery escalations and maintain smooth stakeholder communication.
- Track project progress, closures, delivery metrics, and operational performance.
- Manage multiple open requirements and delivery workflows simultaneously.
- Prepare delivery reports, trackers, dashboards, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Drive process improvements and workflow optimization for better delivery efficiency.
- Ensure SLA adherence, productivity, and operational ownership across all projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in staffing delivery, recruitment operations, managed services, outsourcing, or client delivery roles.
- Strong experience in:
- Client coordination
- Requirement gathering
- Candidate delivery
- Vendor/freelancer management
- Stakeholder communication
- Delivery operations
- Experience managing multiple requirements and fast-paced delivery environments.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle delivery escalations and client expectations effectively.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- ATS/CRM tools
- Project trackers
- Workflow management platforms
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.

- Staffing & Recruitment Delivery
- US Staffing
- Freelancer/Vendor Management
- Managed Delivery Services
- AI Operations / AI Staffing
- Outsourcing Environments Exposure to AI data projects, AI hiring, or delivery for AI-focused clients will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with distributed teams or freelancer ecosystems preferred.
