Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Delivery Manager based in Coimbatore to oversee day-to-day program and team management, ensuring seamless delivery of payment solutions. Responsibilities include managing projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients, optimizing processes, and ensuring that deadlines and goals are met. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Program Management and Consulting to ensure efficient planning and execution of projects
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions
- Exceptional Communication and Team Management abilities to lead cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Experience in the payments or financial technology industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; a PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Java / J2EE technologies
- Good understanding of microservices architecture & REST APIs
- Experience with Spring Boot / Hibernate frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning
