Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Delivery Manager based in Ghaziabad with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Delivery Manager will oversee and manage multiple programs, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations. The role involves monitoring project progress, facilitating communication among stakeholders, managing team performance, and providing consulting support to improve delivery outcomes. The Delivery Manager will also play a key role in driving strategic goals and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Program Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and clear information dissemination
- Experience in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate diverse teams
- Consulting expertise to provide strategic advice and optimize project outcomes
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or mVAS domain is highly desirable
