Role Description This is a full-time, remote Delivery Manager role responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of performance marketing campaigns from planning through delivery. The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end program management, including scoping client requirements, defining timelines, allocating resources, and tracking deliverables across multiple campaigns and geographies. In collaboration with media buyers, analysts, and account managers, this role will monitor campaign performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvements to processes and outcomes. The Delivery Manager will regularly communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to provide status updates, manage expectations, and align delivery with strategic goals. This role also involves identifying delivery risks, implementing mitigation plans, and championing best practices to support scalable, efficient campaign operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management skills, including planning, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery oversight for multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication and Consulting skills to engage with clients and internal teams, clarify requirements, and recommend practical solutions.
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and support a high-performance, remote work environment.
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools, project management platforms, and basic advertising metrics (CPI, CPA, ROI, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
