Job details:
Lead End-to-End Delivery for Product-driven Data Modernization Programs, working with multiple partner & customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own Program Governance, Scope & Delivery accountability
- Manage Migration waves, milestones and resource planning
- Work with ETL & DB tech teams
- Collaborate with Internal product teams and align delivery with product roadmap
- Manage external stakeholders - clients, vendors & partners
- Manage risks & mitigation
- Drive AI adoption in the delivery workflow
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data modernization/migration/re-engineering ETL / DB programs
- Strong delivery, governance & leadership skills
- Ability to manage internal product teams & external stakeholders
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Good multitasking & execution discipline
