Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Manager located in Gurugram. The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and projects that meet client expectations. Responsibilities include managing internal teams, maintaining client relationships, tracking project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and mitigating risks. The Delivery Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives and lead in resolving any delivery challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, time management, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving delivery objectives
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills to address challenges during project execution
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, analytics tools, and campaign performance metrics
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with marketing and creative teams is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
