Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Delivery Manager based in Noida. The Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensure adherence to timelines, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires maintaining high-quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the alignment of project deliverables with organizational goals. The Delivery Manager will also mentor and guide the project team for effective execution and ensure that client expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Project management skills: Experience in project coordination, timeline management, and overseeing deliverables
- Client relationship management and stakeholder handling experience
- Team leadership: Ability to mentor, guide, and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and risk mitigation capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
- Proficiency in tools related to project management and collaboration
