Role Requirements
✔ 16–25 years of experience in HR Shared Services / HR Operations delivery
✔ Experience managing ANZ region clients and willingness to work in Australia Standard Hours
✔ Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Acquisition Operations, Case Management & HRIS support
✔ Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar platforms
✔ Good understanding of GenAI & Agentic AI frameworks with HR transformation exposure
✔ Experience driving SLA/KPI governance, operational stability, and delivery excellence
✔ Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
✔ Expertise in productivity improvement, automation, and process transformation initiatives
✔ Experience managing escalations, transitions, and large distributed delivery teams
✔ PMP, HR certifications, Workday Certification or similar credentials preferred
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across multiple towers
🔹 Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and operational stability across geographies
🔹 Drive automation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Manage governance reviews, escalations, reporting, and risk mitigation
🔹 Partner with client HR leadership and regional stakeholders
🔹 Support transition, stabilization, and transformation programs
🔹 Lead operational analytics, workforce planning, and delivery forecasting
🔹 Drive digital HR enablement and self-service adoption initiatives
