A well-established, high-growth NBFC is hiring an execution-focused delivery manager to own the end-to-end delivery, stability, and continuous enhancement of its customer acquisition and onboarding applications across digital channels.
This role sits within the Retail Technology function and is responsible for predictable delivery outcomes, release governance, and cross-team coordination — ensuring that acquisition journeys are fast, compliant, and high quality.
Application Scope
You will manage delivery across:
- Digital customer acquisition journeys (Web & Mobile)
- Lead capture, onboarding, and application workflows
- Digital KYC, document upload, and verification journeys
- Credit rule execution and decisioning integrations
- Third-party integrations (bureau, KYC vendors, fintech partners)
- LOS pre-disbursal workflows and handoffs
What We're Looking For
- 8–14 years in technology delivery roles within Banks, NBFCs, or FinTechs
- Hands-on experience delivering digital acquisition or onboarding platforms
- Strong understanding of the retail lending acquisition lifecycle
- Experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams
- Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models in regulated environments
- Exposure to LOS, digital KYC, bureau integrations, or credit decisioning is a plus
- Familiarity with RBI guidelines on customer onboarding and data privacy is a plus
