Job Title: Delivery Manager – UK Payroll
Experience: 12–15 Years
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: 12:30 PM IST – 11:30 PM IST (flexibility for night/rotational shifts required)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – UK Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations with a strong focus on UK statutory compliance. The role requires expertise in managing multi-country payroll environments, vendor governance, and large-scale team leadership while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end payroll operations including source to gross, gross to net, and net to disbursement
Ensure full compliance with UK payroll regulations and statutory requirements including HMRC
Manage payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Drive internal and external governance including audits, compliance, and reporting
Lead and manage large payroll teams, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology teams for seamless payroll operations
Manage multi-country payroll and support transitions of new geographies
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization
Handle payroll queries through structured systems and ensure resolution within SLAs
Must Have Skills
End-to-end UK payroll expertise with strong statutory compliance knowledge
Experience in managing payroll vendors in a global environment
Strong client and stakeholder management experience
Proven leadership experience managing large teams
Experience in governance, audits, and compliance frameworks
Exposure to multi-country payroll operations
Good to Have Skills
Experience in global payroll transitions and transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and process orientation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
