Role Description
We are seeking a Delivery Manager – Content Workflows for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, you will oversee and manage end-to-end delivery of content workflow processes, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement workflow improvements, manage teams to achieve operational efficiency, and track project progress while mitigating risks. Additionally, you will consult with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored content workflow solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Expertise in Program Management to oversee end-to-end project delivery and ensure timely execution.
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills for collaborating across cross-functional teams and understanding client needs effectively.
- Proven Team Management experience for leading and coordinating teams toward project success.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced media environment and experience in content workflows and media distribution is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with broadcasting technologies, cloud-based platforms, and digital streaming solutions is a plus.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, with additional certifications in project management or media technology being advantageous.
