Our client, a leading global professional services organization is looking for a Delivery Leader for its multi-functional captive Shared Services Center (SSC) in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Our client’s Technology Product Engineering has modernized software and product delivery. As client’s primary internal development team It delivers innovative digital solutions to its businesses and internal operations. The team develops and deploys cutting-edge internal and go-to-market solutions.
Role Overview:
As a Delivery Leader, you will own the delivery for multiple products across clients portfolio, ensuring a cohesive strategy and seamless execution across various segments. Your extensive experience in program management and project leadership will be pivotal in driving strategic alignment, inspiring cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise IT solutions that meet organizational goals. With a strong focus on operational excellence, customer-centric problem-solving, innovation and continuous improvement, you will guide teams to achieve peak performance and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader and mentor, committed to driving success for client’s businesses and internal operations and its customers.

The Key Responsibilities will include
- Lead large-scale implementations, develop and articulate vision and objectives, and ensure alignment with business strategies. Demonstrating strategic vision evolution through continuous learning.
- Inspire product engineering teams, advocate for discovery and delivery practices, and educate the organization on product engineering models. Promote continuous improvement and spread knowledge through community sessions.
- Drive complex programs, define and measure product engineering maturity, and achieve Objectives/KPIs. Ensure tools and reports are available to track progress. Conduct quality audits and engage hands-on with delivery and team growth. Learn and experiment with new techniques/tools like GenAI.
- Coach delivery managers to develop strong capabilities. Advise on discovery and delivery methodologies, share learnings through evangelism, and provide examples of people development.
- Drive process optimization, quality and risk management, capacity planning, and resource utilization and drive operational excellence.
- Focus on addressing critical customer issues and aligning teams with business objectives. Engage cross-functional teams to achieve peak outcomes through continuous learning and collaboration.
- Identify inefficiencies, build problem-solving capabilities, and enhance the product engineering model to be lean and adaptable. Guide the organization to embrace lean principles and foster innovation.
- Influence decision-making processes, ensure effective communication, and resolve conflicts. Foster close collaboration within the product community.
- Establish risk management processes, identify and mitigate risks, and focus on early learning and fast feedback. Proactively solve problems and plan contingencies.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (e.g., MS) is preferred but not required. Enterprise experience is the most relevant factor
- Over 17 years of experience in product management or project leadership, managing enterprise IT solutions across multiple teams, with demonstrated experience in strategic product management and leading multiple teams.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing strategic plans to meet organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to drive business growth and innovation.
- Strong leadership capabilities with Customer-centric mindset.
