Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) CSR team and lead the end-to-end delivery of the Youth Employment Program (YEP) in your geography—driving high-quality training delivery, strong partner relationships, and tangible employment outcomes for youth from economically and socially marginalized communities.

What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute YEP training programs for engineering and non-engineering youth aligned to AOP targets and timelines.
- Manage multi-location delivery across colleges, batches, trainers, and partners while ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, quality, and compliance.
- Serve as SPOC for government bodies, universities/colleges, and implementation partners; build strong governance cadence and partnership health.
- Oversee trainer onboarding, deployment, and performance monitoring; ensure curriculum adherence and assessment execution.
- Enable placements by coordinating with internal/external placement teams and supporting placement drives (within and outside TCS).
- Own MIS updates, reporting, governance reviews, and support audits/leadership reporting.
- Proactively manage risks, drive continuous improvement, and support digital/hybrid delivery adoption.
- Travel extensively, including to remote and underserved locations, to ensure on-ground delivery quality.
