Delivery Manager:
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology delivery
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs or portfolios
- Strong knowledge of data engineering and ETL/ELT architectures
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams
- Expertise in delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with large-scale data systems
Required Technical Skills
- Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Data engineering frameworks (Airflow, AWS Glue, Lambda)
- Data warehousing (AWS Redshift or similar)
- API-based architecture (REST / SOAP)
- Container platforms (ECS / EKS)
- Networking & infrastructure (API Gateway, VPC, ELB, Route53)
- Programming knowledge (Python, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise data platforms or analytics ecosystems
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience managing global delivery teams
