Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Delivery Lead to join our team on-site in Chennai. The Delivery Lead will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and manage client communications to achieve project goals. Responsibilities also include identifying and mitigating project risks, facilitating clear communication across stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead project planning, and ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Experience in cloud computing technologies like Azure, SharePoint, and M365
- Proficiency in application modernization techniques, including PaaS migration, DevOps, and containerization
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and implementation strategies
- Excellent leadership, team coordination, and people management skills
- Strong communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction
- A background in IT infrastructure operations and optimization is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Azure certifications) are a plus
