Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Delivery Incharge for Retail. The role involves managing the delivery process for customer vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliveries. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations related to inventory and delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The Delivery Incharge will also address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and customers
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Store Management to handle inventory and delivery processes
- Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise to address inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Previous experience in retail or the automobile sector is a plus
